EDRON Geography department

geo1The Edron geography consists of three members.

Mr. Robin Lawton – Years 9,10,11,12 and 13 (Head of Geography)
Mrs. Silvia Ramirez – Year 8
Mr. Adrian Tissington – Year 7.

The department seeks to educate all students in the nature of the human-made environment, the importance of the natural environment and the way humans interact with both of these environments.

Field trips are necessary in both Year 10 and Year 12 to further understand the natural and human processes taught with much of the information collected being required for official assessment at the end of Years 11 and 13. In addition local fieldtrips are being planned for students in Years 7 -9.
